Trimble is transforming the construction industry by unifying the physical and digital aspects of planning and executing work. We are seeking an Industry Workflow Manager to work closely with the construction sector's most influential Strategic Accounts, helping them harness the breadth of Trimble's capabilities to achieve connected workflows and maximize productivity.

This role offers a dynamic blend of technical expertise, customer success, project management, and content development. As a frontline representative, you will collaborate directly with customers, users, and projects to align Trimble's offerings with their specific needs.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct initial discovery sessions to understand customers' strategic and technical needs. Synthesize customer feedback and align it with the Trimble Construction One offering.

• Build trust and foster relationships with contractors, project teams, and end-users.

• Develop and deploy comprehensive project plans tailored to customer objectives.

• Oversee project-based pilots and monitor progress to ensure long-term implementation success and expansion of Trimble solutions.

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert, guiding customers in implementing Trimble's Construction One offerings and connected workflows.

• Provide ongoing support at both company and project levels.

• Work with Trimble product management to share customer feedback and needs.
  Collaborate with account managers, customer success teams, product, and dealer channels to deliver a seamless solution and experience on behalf of the customer.

• Cultivate "customer champions" by empowering users to effectively leverage Trimble technologies.

• Document plans, successes, and insights into shareable content.

• Communicate the value of connected workflows internally and externally using a broad set of social tools.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong technical acumen and understanding of construction workflows and technology.

• An understanding of Trimble's detailed product offering, inclusive of software and hardware

• Self-sufficiency with an ability to identify and drive the most important work within complex projects

• Experience in sales, customer success, project management, and related roles.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for engaging customers and fostering long-term relationships.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies and impactful content.

• Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams and functions.

• Ability to travel domestically as much as 25-50% of the time

Salary $120k plus variable (May vary depending on experience and location)
