POSITION SUMMARY:



  • The National Accounts Coordinator reports to the Manager, Account Executive
  • Located in Cleveland
  • Full-Time
  • Hybrid



The National Accounts Coordinator is a key role within the organization, responsible for providing advanced support to Sales Representatives in managing national accounts and delivering exceptional service to customers. The Coordinator will oversee quoting, order management, and issue resolution for national accounts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:


National Account Management:



  • Partner closely with Sales Representatives to establish and maintain relationships with national accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with customers, vendors, representatives, and internal stakeholders.


Quoting & Order Management:



  • Generate accurate quotes for national accounts within established timelines, reviewing vendor quotes for completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage the order entry process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders while negotiating additional discounts from vendors when applicable.


Logistics Coordination:



  • Coordinate complex logistics for national account shipments, deliveries, and equipment installations, collaborating with vendors, carriers, installers, and customers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Utilize third-party facility management software as designated by customers, maintaining clear communication and efficient service.


Issue Resolution & Customer Support:



  • Proactively address and resolve customer equipment issues, leveraging resources such as manufacturers, representatives, or internal departments as needed.
  • Manage shared email inboxes, providing clear, concise, and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders.


Data Analysis & Reporting:



  • Maintain and analyze data related to national account quotes, orders, and installations, identifying trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to Sales Representatives and management to support decision-making and strategy development.



COMPETENCIES:



  • Advanced knowledge of foodservice equipment and industry best practices.
  • Superior customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate complex logistics and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales Representatives and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:



  • High School diploma or GED, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in the foodservice/hospitality/restaurant industry, preferably in a national accounts coordination or similar role.
  • Completion of CFSP Test within the first 3 years of employment; CFSP Certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in managing national accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and coordinating complex logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with working knowledge of database and quoting software.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.


In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
