The Role

This position coordinates lead distribution for the Quantum Fiber sales team and assists in acquiring marketing agreements within targeted communities. The role integrates lead databases with marketing and sales functions to ensure timely delivery of relevant information to the sales funnel. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns and initiatives for the brand, collaborating with the marketing team to formulate strategies, and implementing plans that aim to increase growth and revenue. The position requires proficiency in digital marketing, familiarity with performance metrics, and the ability to analyze data to support decision-making.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Spearhead strategic development and optimization of lead generation activities to increase sales pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • Leverage Salesforce and data-driven insights, identify trends, uncover operational efficiencies, and guide cross-functional teams in executing high-performing campaign.
  • Utilize Salesforce to analyze funnel performance, identify conversion gaps, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Bridge marketing strategy with execution, ensuring that lead generation efforts are scalable, targeted, and aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Partner with campaign teams to ensure strategic alignment, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and implement workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and efficiencies.
  • Build and monitor dashboards, lead regular reviews to assess impact, optimize tactics, and inform future planning.
  • Own relationship with vendor resources and partners to maximize external vendor resources.
  • Guide team members and peers in strategic thinking, data literacy, and campaign planning to elevate team capabilities.
What We Look For in a Candidate

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 8+ years professional work experience
  • Passion for data and market intelligence.
  • Ability to think strategically with a focus on results.
  • Engaging communicator and an ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to understand detail as well as see the big picture

Preferred:

  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Telecom background
  • B2B Marketing experience
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
