As Product Director, eCommerce & Self-Service, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Salesforce's next-generation digital commerce ecosystem. This includes ownership of our customer-facing platforms-such as the Billing Portal with its new agentic experiences for guided actions, the Tableau Portal and Store, and the OneCheckout global payment experience-as well as the unified API-first service layer that enables seamless, cross-channel capabilities at scale.

You'll define a strategy that not only simplifies transactions but also leverages innovations like Agentforce and Data Cloud to create personalized, AI-driven experiences. Success will require close partnership with leaders across Product-Led Growth (PLG), Technology & Products, Product & Pricing Strategy, and Revenue Operations, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivering an integrated experience that drives growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the commerce foundation for Salesforce's future, influencing key decisions across engineering, architecture, UX, and GTM teams.

What You'll Own

Customer-Facing Experiences

  • Billing and commerce portals enabling self-service for purchasing, billing, subscription management, and AI-powered assistance.

Unified Service Layer

  • API-first platform delivering consistent, scalable capabilities across channels and integrated systems

Your Impact

  • Set the Vision: Build a unified eCommerce strategy that integrates agentic experiences, personalization, and automation for a deeply connected customer journey.

  • Build the Future: Drive next-gen capabilities powered by Agentforce, Data Cloud, and modern AI/ML technologies to deliver smarter, faster, and seamless experiences.

  • Lead and Scale: Grow and empower a talented product team to deliver high-impact outcomes.

  • Influence at Scale: Partner with senior executives and cross-functional leaders-including PLG, T&P, Pricing, and Revenue Ops-to deliver transformative digital solutions that fuel Salesforce's growth strategy.

  • Own the Metrics: Define KPIs for adoption, revenue impact, and operational efficiency-tracking progress transparently and iterating for impact.

Who You Are

  • Strategic Product Leader: 10+ years in product management with expertise in eCommerce, self-service, or subscription commerce for B2B/B2C.

  • Platform Visionary: Experience leading platform-level products and unified service layers at global scale.

  • Technically Fluent: Strong understanding of API-first design, integrations, and commerce architecture.

  • Executive Communicator: Ability to align stakeholders across a complex, matrixed environment and influence at the C-level.

  • Customer Obsessed: Passion for turning complex workflows into elegant, agent-assisted solutions

Preferred Experience

  • SaaS or subscription commerce leadership in large-scale platforms.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem or comparable enterprise systems.

  • Experience delivering AI-driven, agent-assisted digital commerce experiences.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $211,500 to $306,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $230,800 to $334,600.
