Job Summary The Director of Digital & Marketing Operations oversees the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that span multiple channels and platforms. Lead and execute the digital marketing strategy for the CIMDA business unit, supporting the promotion of U.S. Motors products across domestic and international markets. Drive global brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation by managing digital platforms, campaigns, content, and analytics aligned to business goals.
Job Description Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with business goals and maximize ROI
- Campaign Management: Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, trade shows/events
- Creative Direction: Provide guidance on creative design for all marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media ads, websites and videos
- Performance Analysis: Review and analyze campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts
- Collaboration: Work closely with market managers, sales, legal, and product management teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree; preferably MBA or degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Affairs 6-10 years of work experience in marketing, public relations / communications Strong project management experience Strong written skills Basic skills - Microsoft office suite (at least intermediate Excel and PowerPoint), basic HTML/CSS is a plus, email marketing experience is a plus Additional Job Details Management - M4
