Description This role plays a key role in mentoring and developing the IS Systems Support sub-team, part of the broader Information Systems (IS) Team. This role blends strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience to guide a team of experienced professionals responsible for infrastructure, endpoint management, and secure systems operations. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in deploying and supporting artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, tools, and integrations across the business. Skills Linux, Engineering, Aws, Agile, Azure, Clustering Top Skills Details Linux,Engineering,Aws,Agile,Azure Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, including Windows servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Active Directory and Azure AD, Office 365 and Exchange Online, SharePoint, backup solutions (e.g., Veeam), disaster recovery, group policy, and cloud environments Familiarity with infrastructure requirements for data-intensive applications, including AI/ML workloads Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform) Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
