Scheduling Coordinator - Healthcare Call Center (Hybrid Opportunity) Location: Indianapolis, IN (Shadeland Office) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $16.00/hour Duration: 9-month contract to hire Hybrid Schedule: On-site training followed by remote flexibility About the Role Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping others? What You Bring Must-Have Skills: * 2+ years of recent call center experience. * Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. * Adaptability to work across departments as needed. * Excellent communication and quick-thinking skills. * Empathy and a customer-first mindset. Nice to Have: * Bachelor's Degree Training & Work Environment * Initial 4-6 weeks of on-site training at the office. * Option to transition to full-time remote or hybrid work based on performance and setup. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
