Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about accountability, collaboration, and empowerment. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in driving shipping performance by analyzing in-stock shipping reports to identify and act on pull-in opportunities.With a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, you'll lead initiatives that streamline processes, ensure compliance with customer requirements as your contributions will have a meaningful impact on the business.If you're ready to take ownership of your role, work collaboratively across departments, and be empowered to make a difference every day-this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in materials / shipping / receiving
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of shipping software - DHL, UPS, FedEx
• Experience with ERP - Visual a plus

Are You Our Next ACE?

• Drive shipping numbers by reviewing in stock shipping report to identify potential pull ins
• Support daily functions depending on where the support is required
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing packages are received and shipped accurately, inclusive of customer requirements
• Maintain exceptional organization in all areas of the department
• Provide clear and consistent communication with kitting, shipping & receiving and respool areas
• Collaborate with sales to ensure shipping information is accurate
• Work with purchasing and sales team to resolve issues such as sales order quantity changes and quantity issues
• Collaborate with operations and kitting to ensure kits are prepared on time
• Complete Closed work order reviews
• Disposition transactions from MRB
• Lead continuous improvement projects
