We are seeking a dynamic and strategic talent acquisition leader to oversee Campbell's salaried and executive talent acquisition teams, strategies, programs, and execution. This role will identify, develop, and leverage best in class technology and processes with measured results and continuous improvement for activation. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a passion for building high-performing teams, and a proven ability to attract top talent for manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, R&D, and corporate functions. The successful candidate will partner with senior business leaders and People & Culture (P&C) colleagues to understand business priorities and best align talent acquisition resources to support and achieve talent needs across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Design and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and workforce demands.

  • Partner with senior leaders across the enterprise to anticipate hiring needs and build proactive pipelines.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership and salaried roles across all business units.

  • Manage confidential executive searches with linkage to succession planning strategies.

  • Build relationships with industry-specific executive search firms and talent networks.

Team & Process Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of managers, recruiters and coordinators focused on salaried and executive leadership hiring.

  • Implement best-in-class sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and candidate assessment tools.

  • Optimize use of ATS and recruitment analytics to drive data-informed decisions.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Position the company as an employer of choice in the Food & CPG space.

  • Develop targeted campaigns and partnerships with universities, industry associations, and trade groups.

  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to hire.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruiting practices meet all regulatory and labor compliance standards.

  • Drive advancements in hiring data analytics and key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven success recruiting in the Food, Beverage, or CPG industry highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of functional hiring needs across manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, R&D, and corporate functions

  • Experience managing executive searches and working with retained search firms.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with high-volume hiring cycles in CPG.

  • Expertise in employer branding and digital recruitment marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment KPIs.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience using Workday ATS.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$156,100-$224,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
