PM - Microsoft Planner

Position Title: Project Manager, Marketing Operations

is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with proven expertise in Microsoft Planner to support the planning and execution of 50+ marketing campaigns. This role will be instrumental in translating strategic marketing objectives into actionable project plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and driving timely executionacrossteams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain comprehensive project plans in Microsoft Planner for all 2026 marketing
2. Define tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource assignments in collaboration with campaign owners and stakeholders.
3. Develop templates and best practices for Planner usage across the marketing
4. Continuously optimize project workflows and Planner configurations to improve
5. Train and support team members in effective use of Microsoft
6. And other duties as

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Master's degree (optional)

1. 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency
2. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Planner, including building and managing complex project

1. Strong understanding of marketing campaign workflows and cross-functional
2. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication
3. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced

1. PMP, CAPM, or other project management
2. Experience with other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet) is a
3. Familiarity with brand strategy, creative development, or digital marketing
