Champion X has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisitions Partner located in Sugar Land, TX. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and role profiles.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with an emphasis on corporate recruiting and salaried roles
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
