Software Developer

We are hiring a SOFTWARE DEVELOPER for our IT Solutions team.

The ideal candidate must be within 2 hours of our Neenah WI office.

Summary

The Software Developer at TIDI Products is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that support TIDI's business operations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and other IT team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational knowledge of software development principles, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with TIDI's coding standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with business analysts and users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software quality.
* Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions.
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
* Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, suggesting improvements and innovations.
* Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 0-3 years of experience in software development.
* Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python, JavaScript).
* Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and SQL.
* Exposure to web development frameworks and technologies is a plus (e.g., ASP.NET, React, Angular, Vue.js).
* Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $65,000 - $70,000.00 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
