Weekend PM Line Attendant

Join Masters Gallery Foods as a Line Attendant on our Weekend PM shift and become a key part of our high-performing packaging team! In this hands-on role, you'll prepare and feed product into packaging equipment, inspect product and packaging, pack finished cheese into cases, and may also stack cases onto pallets-keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently.

Pay & Progression:

You'll earn more as you grow! Here's how your pay increases over time:

• Starting Wage: $22.09/hr
• After 90 Days: $23.37/hr
• After 1 Year: $23.80/hr
• PLUS: $2/hr PM weekend shift premium!

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment
• Ensure products and packaging meet quality standards
• Pack finished goods into cases and stack onto pallets (on select lines)
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

What You Bring:

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Able to lift, carry, push, and stack up to 45 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic reading skills to check packaging and labeling accuracy
• Good communication skills across diverse teams
• Dependable attendance to support consistent operations
• Bonus: Experience with automation or robotics is a plus!
