Manager, Creative Resourcing & Operations Imagine this: A major campaign is about to launch. Deadlines are tight, expectations are high, but the right creative resources aren't lined up. Designers are overloaded, freelancers aren't onboarded, and critical assets stall. The result? Missed deadlines, wasted budget, and lost opportunities. This is where YOU come in. We're looking for a Manager of Creative Resourcing & Operations to make sure this never happens. You'll lead the planning and resource allocation of 1,200+ marketing projects per year, ensuring every initiative has the right people, processes, and workflows in place to succeed. What You'll Do
