What You'll Work On
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
- Help maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Contribute to HR reporting and compliance projects.
- Collaborate with recruiters and HR professionals on various initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a team and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
