We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location: Stuarts Draft Summary: The primary purpose of this role is being responsible for delivering and evaluating training programs for new and existing plant Associates. This role ensures Associates are properly trained on safety procedures, quality standards, non-machine specific production processes, and equipment operation in alignment with company policies and manufacturing best practices. Responsibilities: * Conduct training in line with approved procedures. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. * Facilitate onboarding and safety training for new hires. * Develop and deliver hands-on training for equipment operation and production tasks. * Create and maintain training materials and SOPs. * Evaluate employee competencies through assessments. * Identify skill gaps and training needs with supervisors. * Maintain training records in compliance with internal and external policies. * Support cross-training initiatives to build an effective and flexible workforce * Provide refresher and re-certification training as needed. * Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback. * Support HPS initiatives and FFG as needed. * Partner with the Training Specialist and assist with various training-related issues. * All other duties as assigned by manager. Essential Functions of the Role**: * Prolonged sitting and standing. * Mobility throughout facility - brisk walking and/or standing on concrete floors. Work Experience Requirements * Number of Overall Years Necessary in a manufacturing environment: 1-2 * Training experience, working in a manufacturing environment preferred Education Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelors degree desirable * TWI Certified, or ability to become certified within 6 months Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Good presentation skills. * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). * Ability to work in a team. * Good planning and organization skills. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety practices, and quality systems. * Experience leading/organizing training programs is preferred.
