What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email

• Process orders, invoices, and requests accurately and on time

• Partner with sales and operations to deliver seamless service

• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care

• Maintain accurate customer records and communications

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of customer service experience (industry experience a plus)

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (proficiency in Excel required)

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving, and multitasking skills

• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
