Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor's organization as a critical member of the team. The candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties including cross-organizational forums, organizing and planning communications, and summarizing and tracking key decisions and tasks.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assists the Program Manager in transitioning the PCS deployment model to a corporate effort.
  • Continues to monitor and assist with current deployments until they transition, including program calls and operational and budgetary requirements.
  • Assists the Program Manager in overseeing the TDY program, including budget tracking, resource needs, and communications with stakeholders.
  • Assists the Program Manager in implementing processes for corporate resource requirements.
  • Provides proactive leadership, strategy, project management, marketing, and communications support to the Program Manager and the Program.
  • Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of regular forums.
  • Prepares responses to email inquiries regarding the Program as well as Senior Leadership taskings.
  • Summarizes correspondence, highlighting key issues and topics, and provides follow-up to ensure appropriate, timely action is taken.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • 3 years of experience with the Customer.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced operating environment.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Outstanding organization and planning skills with the ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate information.
  • Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to keep complex organizations on schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level correspondence.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with an ability to work within a team and independently.

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the annual Program Call process.
  • Proficient in WordPress, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
