(NYSE: GPN), a leading worldwide provider of payment technology services that delivers innovative solutions driven by customer needs, seeks a corporate attorney to join its Issuer Solutions Segment. This attorney will primarily support the technology modernization team within the Issuer Solutions Segment of Global Payments, which is operated via Total System Services LLC (TSYS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Payments. The responsibilities for this role include structuring, drafting and negotiating issuer processing services agreements, amendments, statements of work and related contract documents required to support the rollout of modernized cloud-based products and services by the TSYS Issuer Solutions Segment to its clients, as well as advising, counseling and supporting the TSYS Issuer Solutions Segment's internal business teams. Additional responsibilities may include reviewing and analyzing technology, professional services, referral, and outsourcing vendor agreements that support the TSYS Issuer Solutions infrastructure, products, and services and advising internal business teams with regard to operational, commercial, legal and regulatory issues. The position reports to the Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel and provides regular interaction with various internal business support teams. Position Description * Structures, drafts, and negotiates complex issuer processing services agreements, amendments, statements of work and related contract documents for the rollout of modernized products and services, and migration of existing on-premises products and services to a TSYS controlled cloud environment. * Provides day-to-day support for technology modernization project, including support for the rollout of modernized cloud-based product and services, migration to a TSYS controlled cloud environment, proof of concepts and pilot programs. * Considers and advises with regard to applicable operational, security, and regulatory risks or requirements (e.g., banking, privacy, data localization, etc.) in conjunction with the foregoing. * Handles other general corporate work as necessary. Minimum Requirements 3-5 yearsrelevantexperience in legal practice at a high-quality law firm, in-house legal position or both; member in good standing of at least one state bar; law degree from a top-tier law school.
