Watts will embark on a significant multi-year transformation endeavor - a major ERP implementation.

We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and talented individual to join our OCM team as a Change Management Training Specialist. Harmonizing, standardizing and simplifying business processes at enterprise level is one of key program objectives.

There are four major workstreams in the ERP program: business process, change management, technology, and data. The business process workstream covers six major business value streams: OTC (order-to-cash), STP (source-to-pay), ITD (inventory-to-delivery), FTP (forecast-to-plan), PTP (plan-to-produce) and RTR (record-to-report).

The Change Management Training Specialist will report to the OCM Lead will provide partnership in developing the overall OCM strategy and driving execution for this multi-year global ERP implementation, currently underway.

The Change Management Training Specialist's role covers business process standardization, stakeholder management, communication, training, and overall adoption. It will include conducting stakeholder and change impact assessments, developing and implementing change management and training strategies, and will create and deliver training materials and courses that foster effective change management practices within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to develop and deliver change management methodology and activities throughout the entire ERP program starting from each phase of the project, using the global template design, through system build, pilot deployment to subsequent deployments.
  • Assist with designing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies and plans to engage stakeholder groups and assist in managing the process of change.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads and stakeholders to ensure change. management strategies support organizational objectives and align with project timeline.
  • Help to assess change readiness among stakeholder groups and identify potential barriers/risks to implementation.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with workstream leads on progress of changes.
  • Assist in developing communications that convey the benefits and impacts of change to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help educate employees about changes.
  • Utilize various instructional design techniques to create engaging training materials (Articulate, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint).
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding and acceptance of change.
  • Assist with measuring the effectiveness of change management activities.
  • Assist with providing post-implementation support and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or similar.
  • 3-5 years of training and change management ERP project implementations (SAP a plus, or similar working at a large, global, manufacturing company).
  • Excellent relationship building with all levels of the organization, presentation, leadership and prioritization skills required.
  • Ability to collaborate with, engage, persuade, and influence business partners, stakeholders, management teams at all levels.
  • Adept at analyzing and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Experience creating and delivering training programs and facilitating employee engagement.
  • Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others inside and outside of department.
  • Positive attitude and comfortable managing ambiguity and conflicts.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • 50% travel to the Andover, MA location and our US manufacturing sites is required. Global travel may be required in 2-3 years.

The expected salary range for this position is $103,000-$114,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

Location - Hybrid in Andover, MA office or Remote and required 50% travel to Andover, MA.
