As a Custodial Worker 1, you will perform basic housekeeping duties including cleaning and wiping surfaces, removing trash and refuse, and performing light maintenance. You will also pick up and deliver laundry items. This role requires using equipment such as sweepers, vacuums, scrubbers, and power washers to complete tasks. In addition, you will service outside areas by sweeping and washing down steps and ramps, clean entrance ways, and remove ice and snow to maintain safe conditions for all pedestrian traffic.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. You will work every other weekend. Your schedule may change based on operational needs.
• Overtime as needed

• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
