DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Custodial Worker 1, you will perform basic housekeeping duties including cleaning and wiping surfaces, removing trash and refuse, and performing light maintenance. You will also pick up and deliver laundry items. This role requires using equipment such as sweepers, vacuums, scrubbers, and power washers to complete tasks. In addition, you will service outside areas by sweeping and washing down steps and ramps, clean entrance ways, and remove ice and snow to maintain safe conditions for all pedestrian traffic. - Full-time employment 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. You will work every other weekend. Your schedule may change based on operational needs.

- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
