Job Description The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all production employees, operations, and processes within one or more divisions. The main objectives of this role are to monitor and analyze employee and equipment performance and downtime, identify opportunities to improve utilization through continuous improvement, manage maintenance and repairs of company property, manage development and implementation of standard operating procedures, participate in capital expense requests for new plant, property, and equipment, ensure compliance with customer and regulatory compliance, partner will all departments, manage bids and contract proposals, negotiates and manages contracts with operations related vendors and participates in annual budget planning process.
