Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst Location: 85 Challenger Rd, Ridgefield Park, NJ, USA
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote) Assignment Duration: 6 Months Max Bill Rate: $44.74/hour Education & Experience Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, or Supply Chain) * Experience: 2-3 years minimum in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning * Note: Experience is prioritized over formal education Top Required Skills * Demand Planning / Supply Chain experience * Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) * ERP system proficiency, preferably SAP Position Overview Samsung Electronics is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Home Appliance Division. This role is responsible for managing weekly sales and order forecasts, collaborating with retail channel partners, and driving operational planning. The analyst will play a key role in the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) process, ensuring forecast accuracy, inventory health, and timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the weekly CPFR process with retail and distribution partners * Build and communicate weekly forecasts for Sell-In and Sell-Thru units * Ensure order accuracy and integrity in SAP ERP system * Identify and resolve gaps between demand and supply forecasts * Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales Operations Planning (S&OP) * Handle daily S&OP escalations and ensure timely resolution * Monitor and measure supply chain performance, including channel risk and shipping metrics * Present findings and build consensus across internal and external stakeholders * Work effectively in a multicultural business environment * Support ad hoc projects and provide actionable insights through data analysis Required Attributes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities * Customer-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach * High attention to detail and accuracy * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment * Experience with Business Intelligence tools (viewing dashboards, not building) Key Performance Indicators * Forecast Accuracy & Achievement Rate (Sell-In Orders and Sell-Thru Sales) * Inventory Health (Weeks of Supply) * Sales Performance Tracking (Daily/Weekly achievement metrics) * Risk Identification & Mitigation (Macro trends and weekly risk analysis) Interview Process * First Round: On-site interview with Hiring Manager * Second Round: Interview with Hiring Manager's Manager *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
