Job Overview: We are seeking a mid-level Data Center Technician to support infrastructure upgrades across enterprise data center environments. This role involves hands-on work with network hardware, structured cabling, and system installations. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise-level data centers and be comfortable working with large volumes of cabling in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform hardware staging, installation, and decommissioning Execute network upgrades and validate connectivity Manage high-volume structured cabling tasks including fiber, copper, power, and optical Conduct rack and stack operations Troubleshoot network connectivity issues Maintain documentation and reporting for completed tasks Adhere to quality control standards for cabling and labeling Utilize ticketing systems for task tracking and issue resolution Conduct physical audits and manage RMA processes Required Experience: Extensive experience with structured cabling in large-scale deployments Enterprise data center operations (minimum 2 years) Installation and removal of network chassis and components Power and network cable management (labeling, staging, testing) Familiarity with chassis management interfaces Experience with asset tracking and physical audits Ability to follow structured deployment and decommissioning procedures *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in team settings Experience with structured cabling standards and QC processes Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
