*Description*
We are looking for an experienced accounts payable team member to manage operations for all commercial purchase orders, invoicing, accounts payable processes, cost tracking, and Contract Request Form project management. An ideal candidate should be extremely detail oriented, have a background in finance and accounting, and can manage the on-time accounts payable processes. Candidates should have experience with complex business organizational models & matrices, including international or cross-franchise payments and accruals. *Duties*: * Manage accounts payable processes for commercial media and creative partners * Manage vendor setup, establish purchase orders, and manage approvals * Manage MarkView Inbox & queue * Ensure timely payment of invoices * Advise on accrual submissions * Track, reconcile and report on invoices received, paid, and outstanding * Work with marketing teams to review spend levels against PO's and budgets * Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors * Manage CRF/IO processes for commercial paid media campaigns *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $58.00/hr.
