We are looking for commercial roofing laborers!
Position Summary: The basic function of the Laborer is to provide the labor required for the day to day field operations on the jobs assigned to follow the instructions and guidelines of the assessment and to ensure that all quality standards are met.
Hourly Rate:$15 per hour

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Functions:
- Observes all safety rules, including proper usage of PPE.
- Assist in laying roofing material to repair, maintain, and install roofs and accessories.
- Begin to learn tasks associated with roofing systems, including shingles, PVC, TPO, EPDM, MOD BIT, BUR etc.
- Stays busy doing any work that will assist the Foreman and Roofers
- Works under general supervision, receiving assignments in the form of work orders, inspection reports, or verbal instructions.
- Begins to see next steps in roofing systems, learning tasks associated with specific roofing systems.
- Follows direction of more experienced roofers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Must be skilled in or must learn the safe and economical use of the full range of tools, equipment, and materials needed for the accomplishment of the assigned work.

The employee is also required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
