PMA-261 requires a Program Analyst to provide programmatic and analytical support across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). The Program Analyst will assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities, including cost, schedule, and performance tracking, in support of the H-53 program office mission.


Duties:



  • Support program planning, monitoring, and execution to ensure alignment with acquisition strategies and program objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of program documentation, briefing materials, milestone packages, and reports.
  • Track program cost, schedule, and performance metrics, and provide analysis to support leadership decision-making.
  • Maintain and update program schedules, action item trackers, and databases.
  • Support development and management of Statements of Work (SOWs), procurement packages, and related acquisition documentation.
  • Coordinate with financial management, logistics, engineering, and contracts personnel to ensure program requirements are integrated and executed effectively.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for program reviews, IPT meetings, and working groups.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and opportunities; assist with documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with NAVAIR, DoD, and SECNAV policies, procedures, and directives.


Required Experience:



  • 5+ years of program or acquisition analyst experience supporting DoD or Navy program offices.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, including documentation and milestone requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.


Required Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field.


Desired Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience supporting NAVAIR program offices, particularly PMA-261.
  • Knowledge of Navy ERP and NAVAIR-specific program management tools.
  • DAU coursework or certification in program management or acquisition disciplines.
  • Experience developing reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership review.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $68,952.32-$129,285.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
