Job DescriptionPerform duties to maintain and repair a wide variety of complex building facilities and systems. Duties: Work from maintenance manuals, prints, work orders and instructions:
Use pneumatic tools, grease gun, painting tools, forklift, multi-meters and common hand tools. Follow safety rules and keep work area in clean and orderly condition. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Base Hourly Pay: $34.14/hr. Pay ranges are determined by role and level, and within the range individual pay is determined by additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
