Own the Details. Drive the Progress.

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping projects on track and running smoothly. In this office-based role, you'll take ownership of the administrative details that drive project success-from organizing schedules and documentation to ensuring seamless communication across teams. This is not a field position, but rather a central support role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As the hub of coordination, you'll help keep projects moving forward efficiently while supporting both internal teams and client needs.

What Success Looks Like

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both in writing and verbally, to ensure strong relationships and smooth project flow.
  • Compile and maintain project schedules of values, along with preparing accurate monthly payment requests.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers and Department Managers, including taking meeting minutes, serving as the point of contact in their absence, and preparing key project documents such as change orders and quality orders.
  • Maintain organized and complete project files while assisting with the preparation and coordination of project submittals.
  • Enter and track data to support department performance metrics, helping monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications That Shine

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent education/experience).
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience, ideally within the construction industry, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain, interpret, and share complex information.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, including generating reports and analyzing/manipulating data.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Competitive pay + performance incentives
  • Full suite of benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability
  • 401(k) with profit sharing-when the company wins, you share the win
  • Career development opportunities in a growing organization
  • A supportive team environment where collaboration and customer success come first
