We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice-President Quality Engineer to join our Treasury Services Engineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: * Manage a small to medium-sized team responsible for defining, planning, and overseeing testing efforts * Provide technical guidance and support to team members * Develop and monitor project plans and budgets * Present reports, communications, and quality assurance training materials, including actionable recommendations * Monitor software and system defects, ensuring effective resolution * Support product migrations across all system environments * Ensure adherence to procedures and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for results * Participate in recruiting, instruct, assign, direct, and review the work of other QA/testing analysts * Prepare performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members * Contribute to the achievement of team objectives To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required * Advanced degree is beneficial * 6+ years of experience in a systems quality environment required * Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn Here's a few of our recent awards:
