Are you a
people person with a knack for organization and customer service? Join Staffmark's team as a part-time Reservations and Customer Support Representative, where you'll play a key role in helping clients plan memorable birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and group events.

Pay: $13-$14 during training

Schedule: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (part-time, up to 30 hours/week)

What You'll Do:



  • Answer inbound calls and emails, assisting prospective clients with inquiries
  • Provide details on services and help clients book events such as birthday parties, team building activities, and school or church gatherings
  • Manage reservations using event scheduling software
  • Ensure clients have all information needed for their event (note: event execution is not part of this role)
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and supportive customer service at every interaction

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency, especially with reservation or scheduling software
  • Dependability and availability to work scheduled hours
