About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Analyst to support our business units with monthly close activities, accruals, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting transactions. In this key role, you will collaborate across departments to support inventory reconciliation, intercompany transactions, and financial accuracy across multiple platforms including SAP and RightAngle.

Key Responsibilities:

  Perform monthly close activities, including booking accruals and actuals, and validating the accuracy of journal entries.

  
  
• 
  

  Record and reconcile product purchases, sales, exchanges, and intercompany transactions.

  
  
• 
  

  Identify and resolve issues related to inventory reconciliation and invoice discrepancies.

  
  
• 
  

  Locate and document custody transfer data (pipeline tickets, etc.) and accurately input bulk movement transactions in SAP.

  
  
• 
  

  Support process improvements and ad hoc financial projects or team initiatives.

  
  

Qualifications - Required:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  
  
• 
  

  Legally authorized to work in the United States

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with RightAngle or SAP

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  

  CPA certification, or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  
  
• 
  

  1+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit functions

  
  
• 
  

  Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  
  
• 
  

  Proven leadership or project ownership capabilities

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
