Oversees daily operations of outpatient practices, supervising managing administrative and operational functions. This is a non-patient care role. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and develop support staff. Provide daily supervision and assign tasks to support staff. Monitor and support billing and managed care processes (e.g., insurance verification, referrals, registration, collections). Manage operational efficiency: scheduling, wait times, staffing, phone systems, and service coordination. Handle purchasing of daily clinical needs Education Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience supervisory experience 0-1 year required experience working in an academic healthcare environment 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong understanding of all Office Suite. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Strong and proven leadership skills. - Ability to work with staff of all levels. - Excellent time management skills. - Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. - Ability to adapt to multiple and rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
