What to Expect
In this role, you will lead innovative strategies to transform how Tesla communicates with customers, focusing on reducing Tesla manual communications and inbound inquiries from customers focusing on reducing Tesla manual communications and inbound inquiries from customers. You will drive the use of AI to optimize messaging copy and timing based on customer journey and actions taken in the Tesla app. Your work will enhance the customer experience through chatbots and voice solutions for basic inquiries, while enabling automated small actions. You will play a critical role in streamlining processes and supporting Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. Your impact will be measured by the reduction in manual communication efforts and improved customer satisfaction.

Expected Compensation
$108,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
