The Supply Planner position is part of the Global Supply Chain Planning team for Finished Goods. The role focuses on efficiently delivering goods by determining required products, quantities, and locations to meet demand, aiming to minimize shortages and costs. Key responsibilities include supporting S&OE (revenue recognition efforts), collaborating cross-functionally in reducing aging back orders, and improving the overall customer experience while achieving the highest possible On Time In Full (OTIF) service performance.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Develop, implement and manage allocation strategies for products in limited supply, when necessary, working closely with Customers Service, Sales, Demand Planning and Operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize replenishment cadence, safety stock levels, and to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Monitor supply chain key performance indicators, publish performance reports, perform root cause analysis, implement action plans and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Provide process and system training for new personnel.
  • Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy for relevant master data maintained in SAP (safety stock, cycle times, yields, BOM accuracy, effectivity dates, etc.) so that projected supply is as accurate as possible.
  • Facilitate discussions between Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing to develop mitigation plans for anticipated sales or supply gaps.
  • Explain demand shortfalls and changes in supply to the appropriate stakeholders for buy-in and execution through the SOP process, including the options/plans to mitigate risk.


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, or other related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in supply planning, inventory management or manufacturing operations within an ERP/DRP environment.
  • Expert analytical, numerical and problem solving skills.
  • APICS certification preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of planning systems - SAP APO (preferred), Kinaxis (preferred), Blue Yonder.
  • Expert computer skills with advance working knowledge in Windows Office environment.
  • Cross-functional team leadership skills, including ability to identify and resolve issues/opportunities.
  • Results oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Ability to prepare leadership presentations capturing the essence of the issue, technical approach, reasoning for recommendation, and means to execute the decision made.
  • Strong working knowledge of planning systems - SAP-APO-TMS (Transportation Management System) (preferred), Kinaxis (preferred), Blue Yonder.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $144,500 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
