People and Culture Department

The People and Culture (P&C) team is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through retirement, collaborating closely with various departments such as New Site Development, Construction, Operations, Sales, Finance, Tech & Systems, and Legal to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment. By leveraging in-house expertise, our P&C team can align long-term organizational sustainability with innovative P&C practices and cost-effective strategies. This alignment ensures that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped to contribute to the company's success. Each member of our P&C team plays a pivotal role in making high-impact decisions, resulting in a more dynamic and productive work environment.
