We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations in B. Braun of America. This role encompasses full financial responsibility across multiple legal entities, manufacturing and service sites, ensuring compliance, performance, and strategic alignment with global and regional objectives. Additionally, this role is responsible for the Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain and Procurement organizations.



As CFO, you will be a key member of the U.S. executive team and a Director on the Board of B. Braun of America with responsibility for all legal entities within the organization, acting as a business partner to senior leadership and driving financial excellence across the organization. The role is based in Bethlehem, PA.



Duties and responsibilities



  • Full accountability for Finance, Accounting, Controlling (incl. Plant Controlling), Tax, and interfaces with Global Business Services (GBS)




  • Execution of regional and global finance strategies adapted to U.S. and Canadian market conditions






  • Financial performance management to achieve revenue, profit, and liquidity targets.






  • Oversight of financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence






  • Leadership and development of the U.S. finance organization, including talent identification and succession planning






  • Active member of the B. Braun of America Board and Audit Committee, and other committees of the Board as needed.






  • Lead the Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain and Procurement organizations






  • Business partnering with internal stakeholders and external entities (auditors, tax authorities, banks)






  • Representation of U.S. finance in global design and development discussions






  • Implementation of global initiatives and best practices within the U.S. footprint





Qualifications




  • 15 years proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally in multinational environments.






  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.






  • 7 years progressive leadership experience






  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.






  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills






  • Hands-on business partner with a results-oriented mindset






  • High integrity, trustworthiness, and interpersonal effectiveness






  • Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-country collaboration






  • Experience in managing complex financial structures across multiple legal entities and operational sites
