Job Summary:

Are you a culinary leader with a passion for innovation, client engagement, and operational excellence? We're seeking a Chef Manager to lead a high-profile account generating over $1M in annual revenue, with strong visibility and career growth potential. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop the future of foodservice in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

* Lead Culinary Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily foodservice, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

* Drive Financial Performance: Manage full P&L responsibilities, develop and monitor budgets, and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability.

* Deliver Outstanding Catering Experiences: Lead catering operations with precision and creativity, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.

* Build and Inspire Teams: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing culinary and service team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

* Strengthen Client Relationships: Serve as the face of the operation, building strong partnerships with clients and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

* Innovate and Collaborate: Design and implement nutritious, high-quality menus in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.

* Plan for the Future: Play a key role in the planning and launch of a new cafe facility and its corresponding programs.

* Engage the Community: Represent the organization with professionalism and purpose, building positive connections with the broader community.

What We're Looking For:

* Culinary Expertise: Strong culinary background with a passion for food quality, presentation, and innovation.

* Catering Experience: Proven success in managing and executing catering operations is a must.

* Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams with clarity, empathy, and strategic focus.

* Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
