The Broadband Business Intelligence team is responsible for partnering closely with the broadband marketing and commercial teams to provide key, actionable insights around the performance of the broadband business unit.We are seeking a candidate with experience in analyzing the commercial impacts of marketing strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate should have a curiosity for digging into detailed data to investigate the implications of marketing tactics, commercial tactics, and customer experience impacts, with the intent of surfacing insights to key leaders. As a Senior Data Scientist, you are responsible for leading the application of statistical methods to solve business problems. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of technical and non-technical business stakeholders on a wide range of challenges. You must demonstrate expertise across problem framing, data collection, exploratory data analysis, model development, deployment, and performance measurement. Present sophisticated business insights and findings in succinct and creative ways using data visualizations for a broad audience, including executive level communication (VP, SVP). This is a hybrid position required to be in-office at least 3 days a week. Job Responsibilities:

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
