POSITION SUMMARY: The Souring Specialist is responsible for identifying and securing the most favorable sources for materials and services to drive cost savings. Reporting to either the Commodity Manager or the Director of Sourcing, this role involves analyzing total cost of ownership, negotiating with suppliers, and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality and compliance. Pay Starting At: $65,000 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus.
