Full-Time Grounds & Light Maintenance
Do you enjoy creating curb appeal and keeping a property in tip-top shape? Gorman & Company is looking for a full-time Grounds and Light Maintenance Technician to maintain our grounds and perform light repairs with care at our apartment communities in La Crosse, WI.

As a Grounds & Light Maintenance Technician you will:
Team up with the maintenance staff to handle lawn care, trimming, and cleanup.
Assist with outdoor repairs - painting, changing light bulbs, and fence maintenance.
Support outside contractors and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Help track supplies and keep groundskeeping tools in good condition.
Monitor and maintain irrigation and drainage systems.
Attend team trainings to sharpen skills and stay updated.
What do I need to qualify to be a Grounds & Light Maintenance Technician?
Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Excellent mechanical aptitude with ability to operate lawn equipment.
Must be able to read work orders / service requests.
Good safety habits.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
