Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Analyst, Solutions Development (HCM Applications).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop IT systems in HCM landscape
  • Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
  • Estimate project efforts, defining testing approaches, and establish timelines
  • Create & maintain functional and technical documentation of all enhancements, configuration changes, & bug fixes
  • Make sure production migrations including production bug fixes have required functional/technical documentation, test scripts and are thoroughly tested
  • Provides technical support for system upgrades, patches, fixes, troubleshooting, and data manipulation/correction scripts.
  • Make sure all the MCIT architectural, security, testing, documentation, change migration policies/standards and all the team members follow coding best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

Prior experience must include:

* 6 yrs progressive exp w/implementing HCM business processes across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll modules

* 6 yrs progressive exp w/leading the design, development, and implementation of HCM modules in Oracle platform (PeopleSoft / HCM Cloud), ensuring alignment with business requirements.

* 6 yrs progressive exp w/collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures for data storage and processing.

* 6 yrs progressive exp w/developing and maintaining functional and technical documentation for HCM modules; conducting fit-gap analysis between application and stated requirements and collaborating with developers to estimate project complexity and time.

* 6 yrs progressive exp w/managing Onboarding Integrations with third-party cloud applications such as Rival (SilkRoad) ATS, Red Carpet, & Avature.

* 6 yrs progressive exp w/leading the design and development of APIs for seamless integration between cloud services and corporate HCM applications.

* Progressive experience is demonstrated by advancement toward increasingly complex or responsible duties.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $182,000-$182,000 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
