Responsibilities and Expectations: IPS is seeking a talented and experienced Electro-Mechanical Field Service Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong technical onsite repair skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to deliver an unmatched customer experience in demanding industrial environments such as surface mining facilities, dragline equipment, and other heavy industries. As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will perform advanced diagnostics and repairs-including vibration analysis, thermographic imaging, and electrical testing-while also leading field crews, ensuring job safety, and professionally representing IPS. This is a hands-on, decision-making role that requires both technical expertise and strong leadership in the field.
