Hours and Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Employment Type: Direct hire

What You'll Do



  • Enter and verify financial data and transactions
  • Process accounts payable and receivable with accuracy
  • Bring books to the trial balance stage
  • Complete required tax forms and maintain compliance standards
  • Maintain trust accounts in accordance with legal requirements
  • Analyze budgets and prepare financial information as needed

What We're Looking For



  • 2-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (law firm bookkeeping is a plus)
  • Must have QuickBooks experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, TABS3, and other basic accounting systems
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Clear and professional communication skills
