Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (hours may fluctuate to night shift based on business needs; flexibility required)

Pay: $30.00/hour + DOE

What You'll Do Each Day



  • Perform nondestructive inspections on turbines, boilers, and pressure vessels
  • Execute and interpret results from NDE methods, including ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant, and radiographic testing
  • Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accuracy
  • Identify and document defects or irregularities during inspections
  • Prepare detailed reports for engineering and maintenance teams
  • Support maintenance and repair planning with nondestructive assessments
  • Mentor junior technicians and assist with training programs as needed
  • Uphold strict safety and quality standards at all times

What We're Looking For



  • Current Level 2 NDE certification (ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant, and/or radiographic testing)
  • Proven ability to interpret results and work independently
  • Minimum of 1 year of NDE experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
  • Must be able to stand 8-10 hours per shift, depending on workload
  • Flexibility to train and work alternate shifts as required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
