- Oversees the implementation of processes that relate to properties and the purchasing of related items managing vendor relations with regional management.
- Budgeting and analysis for areas of responsibility.
- Assist with Capital Budget process and Business Continuity as needed and possible.
- Meets with vendors and major suppliers to evaluate products and service capabilities.
- Keeps informed of latest developments in all areas.
- Has responsibility for the management and coordination of activities related to all properties, including maintenance, construction, relocation, and renovation and related services and vendor relations of all existing buildings, offices, and properties.
- Controls expenditures and approves payments for goods and services in all areas.
- Supervises the preparation of working drawings and plans as assigned and retain within the Corporate Real Estate site.
- Ensures the proper upkeep and maintenance of all company premises.
- Arranges for all tours and inspections of a technical nature, such as professional groups or fire and insurance inspections.
- Evaluates building related equipment and systems in terms of the company's present and future needs.
- Negotiates assigned purchase and maintenance contracts related to all property related equipment to include vehicles, copiers, ground maintenance, general cleaning, etc. obtaining required insurance documents.
- Has responsibility for working with area supervisors in all areas of Corporate Real Estate.
- Manage assigned maintenance staff.
- Complete site visits as directed, assigned at least annually.

- Previous managerial experience strongly preferred, with a strength in construction property management.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills (including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Ability to work well independently and handle sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
- Education: 4 Year Degree in Business or related field
- Experience: 5 Years Experience in Facilities, Maintenance Supervision strongly preferred, Facility experience in Banking preferred
- Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Strong Computer skills required, including Word and Excel, attention to detail, Interacts well with employees and customers, ability to analyze complex issues, Strong organizational skills, Strong interpersonal skills
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training; New Employee Orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time. Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is located in a private office. The position is located inside an cooled and heated facility with ability to go to a break room or rest room during breaks.
