What to Expect
Tesla's Safety, Seat Sensing, and Switch team seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) to drive vehicle program launches. You will bridge Supplier Industrialization with Supply Chain, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and NPI teams, ensuring supplier readiness and risk mitigation. This role requires analytical precision, strategic alignment, and execution focus in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Lead Safety, Seat Sensing, and Switch supplier industrialization, delivering concise updates and risk mitigation plans to leadership Create real-time dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to track industrialization progress and launch readiness Define project requirements, manage timelines, and implement proactive risk mitigation for successful launches Identify and resolve supplier risks (quality, capacity, tooling, design, schedule) with cross-functional teams Align Engineering, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams on phase gates (APQP, design freeze, PPAP) Lead cross-functional reviews, ensuring accountability for Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics action items Enhance tools to track global supplier equipment, tooling, and packaging approvals
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (technical degrees preferred) or equivalent experience 2-5 years in supply chain program management or industrialization in fast-paced manufacturing Expertise in risk identification, communication, and structured escalation processes Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel) for decision-making Exceptional communication and executive presence to influence stakeholders Strong collaboration skills with Engineering and Manufacturing teams Ability to travel up to 10%

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
