We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Developer to join our team onsite in Lansing, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their skills in object-oriented programming and database development. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and maintain software applications. * Write clean, scalable code using object-oriented programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python. * Develop and maintain SQL queries and database structures. * Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes. * Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: * Must have internship experience. * Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field with a minimum GPA of 3.3. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
