Inova Research Center is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join the team. This role is Full-time working Monday to Friday. Inova Heart and Vascular Research is establishing a new Coordinating Center dedicated to supporting multi-site research studies, clinical trials, and collaborative projects. This individual will be responsible for managing timelines, deliverables, communication across multiple stakeholders, and contributing to the development of processes, tools, and infrastructure for the Center. Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Assumes responsibility for implementing new programs and initiatives.
- Oversees the implementation of all projects and initiatives within the Care Management department and cross-boundary initiatives.
- Ensures department projects and any interfacing projects meet all objectives are completed on time and within budget.
- Designs and implements systems/programs for the collection, aggregation, analysis, and dissemination of clinical and financial data.
- Ensures consistency of processes within Care Management function areas and points of interface with other disciplines.
- Provides support for the development and implementation of primary care evidence-based protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Ensures cross-coordination and connection of disparate functions including coordination between inpatient and outpatient functions.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5 years of Project Management experience AND 2 years of General Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical research experience
