We are hiring a Software Development Manager in Stevens Point, Wisconsin (Hybrid)! Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and analysts with the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, Azure) * Provide technical leadership, project oversight, and people management * Ensure development needs align with business demands * Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within scope and timelines. * Collaborate with stakeholders and assist with strategy * Enforce coding standards and quality practices. * Provide day-to-day team guidance and mentorship Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience and held Software Manager roles. * Ability to work in a hybrid capacity Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $135100.00 - $175000.00/yr. Client HR will provide this to any/all qualified resources, they are not interested in sharing with TEK but rather going over it individually.
